If I've ever had lamb chops before, I don't remember it. Had them for supper last night, sous vide style. They were like the tender side of a T-bone but both sides were tender. I know I'll remember them now.
Have a couple of packages of country style pork ribs and a rack of baby back ribs in the smoker, Will probably be what's for dinner the next 2 or 3 nights. Going to put 2 ears of corn in the husk on the smoker the last couple of hours.
We bought a package of Coconut Curry Nut Crumbs from The Robust Olive Olive Oil | The Robust Olive | United States and used it for a recipe that the owner gave us and to "bread" some chicken. The nut crumbs come in Spicy and Italian also.
Picked up a Freschetta Brick Oven Crust 3 Meat Pizza, and added more pepperoni before tossing it in the oven. Ate a quarter of it, and then killed the toppings on the rest of the pizza. Probably wouldn't have been super great for my BG, but did another 30 mins of rowing a little afterward, so 2 hour post was a satisfactory (to me) 154.
Pretty good dinner with the in-laws tonight. Chicken topped with a mix of cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, and Italian seasoning, capped by a tomato slice and all baked together. Plus a side of asparagus.
