I think it was the Quest chips I bought at Sam's. It says 5 grams of carbs, but that is the only thing I ate that was different.
You may not be a big fan but congrats on the bowl win last night, makes for a nice happy hour.And sometimes you know what you're doing to yourself and you do it anyway. 143 this morning -- about 15 points above normal and I probably could point out the foods I ate at happy hour last night that did it. 😕
