Have you seen the same spread with the two meters with different batches of strips. Assuming one is right and the other is wrong, the wrong one is still in range of accuracy allowable per the FDA. Assuming both are wrong and the real number is between the meter readings, that would make both meters pretty darn accurate. I'd take one or both to my next lab draw and check by BG to compare to the lab results. I'd put the other one up as a spare, knowing it was high or low ~x%. You'll drive yourself batty running both meters, not to mention the expense.
As far as I know, I am seeing approximately the same spread. I only plan on doing it until my appointment with my NP on 7/20 (have blood work on the 13th) and let her look at my information also and get her opinion, then re-evaluate.
