Lunch today is plain old tuna salad....just tuna and mayo. In a bowl. boring huh?

Sauteed fresh veggies: red onion, bell pepper, broccoli, zucchini with turken bacon, drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt/pepper and garlic powder.

Raspberries (about 6) generously topped with splenda-sweetened coconut milk flavored with vanilla.

Optimist crackers: sweet cinnamon flavored

Kelp noodles! I fried some onion & garlic in butter, dumped in a handful of kelp noodles just long enough to warm them, and with a dash of salt/pepper, it's a delightful lunch!

<I meant to toss in a handful of bacon bits, but I forgot :rolleyes:>

seeing you all mention stuff like GG cracker, GG crispbreads and Optimist crackers are these not high in Carbs? Also being from Australian are they named the same as when i searched Optimist crackers could not find anything.
