O.K. guys, what's the deal? This morning my B.S. was 128. Not bad for me. I ate 2 eggs, 2 pieces of low carb toast( which is normally fine for me) and coffee. 4 hour reading( didn't get to do 2hr.) was 137. Then I ate chicken lomein for lunch, which I knew was bad, but 2 hour reading was 6 points lower at 131. What's up with that?
