I understand soda is a no no because of sugar and diet soda isnt that great either so i am curious what's the verdict on low carb energy drinks? on the surface a can is ~30 cal total with <5g carbs.... is it OK to drink it or it's on the no no list? I do drink water and try to spice it up with 0 sugar drink mixes etc. but i do drink low carb energy drinks as well... thanks!
