The way that your sugar levels are creeping, Metformin wont help much in that either.. at 20 to 25 mmol, you might need stronger oral meds or even insulin injections.

I would go down to the ER to have a look and show them the blood readings of my meter if I were you... No kidding if you are 20 mmol and over. You wouldnt want to wait to hit 30mmol and regret later !!!
