This recipe looked really good:

looked to be low-carb to me (I have some lite coconut milk in the cubbard) but then I see a serving (4 servings per recipe) is 25 carbs! 100 total for recipe ...

I cannot for the life of me find all those carbs - what am I missing?

Do you think it is the fish sauce?

No, fish sauce has almost zero carbs.

Thanks - at least I know I'm not going crazy. What a twist this could be - dramatically over-estimating carbs!
