Looking good Diana!!!Way to go Eric!! I know the feeling! I was diagnosed in April of this year and started eating lowcarb and walking a mile a day (at least) and am now 55 lbs. lighter! I'm going to try to post pictures, but if they don't work you can see them on my blog at A Day in the Life of a Middle Aged Woman

Way to go, Diana! I especially love the collage on MinniePauz of all the "yous" at different stages (I was strongly tempted to bring it over here, but I'll leave that up to you.Way to go Eric!! I know the feeling!

What a difference, totally amazing! Great job Murph. I can see why you are so cold, your insulation fell off.well I suppose. Not in any order. But 80 pounds in ten months. I won't get the other 20 I wanted by the one year mark as my loss is really slowed down.
Shanny, I'll do it with you! How do you plan to do it? You have already cut most of the carbs out of your diet. This is a VERY persuasive thread! Incredibly persuasive! I think I might be ready to take off the next 35# . . .![]()
